Short version: if TrueMargin is not for you, tell us and we refund your first paid charge in full.

Trial

Every plan starts with 14 days free. Cancel before day 15 in Settings and you are never charged.

Refunds

• First charge: email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Later months and yearly renewals: if you were charged after you meant to cancel, email us within 14 days and we refund that charge.
• Beyond that, cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the period ends.

How

Email support@trytruemargin.com from the address on your account. Payments are processed by Polar, so the refund returns to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
